Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, TN is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for night shift to join our care team. You'll direct daily activities of CNAs and help manage admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications per physician orders, updating care plans, and communicating changes to the nurse supervisor. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a supportive, family‑like team.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
