You will participate in care planning, documentation, and family education, ensuring compliance with orders and policies while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee.
• Long‑term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members in a fast‑paced environment.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care and supervision to residents, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures high‑quality care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
