Job summary

Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate LPNs for night shift in Adamsville, TN. A generous $8,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The team emphasizes a compassionate, family-like environment and collaborative patient care.

As a LPN, you will supervise CNAs, participate in admissions/transfers, administer medications as ordered, and contribute to care plans while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents’ conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and inform them of factors that interfere with work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

Education

Current unrestricted LPN License for the state of Tennessee

LPN Position Summary

As a LPN at Adamsville Healthcare & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN Requirements
