Job summary

Hamilton Health Box, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant (OSC) to support daily clinical and administrative operations at our healthcare locations.

You will interact with patients for scheduling, deliver protocol-driven care, and coordinate with pharmacy services and referrals to ensure high-quality, efficient care. The role requires LPN/LVN licensure with BLS, and bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
• BLS certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Experience in primary care or clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and follow-up for employees.
• Perform protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider.
• Coordinate referrals to other providers and follow up with documentation.
• Conduct health screenings and health education activities.
• Maintain accurate medical records in EMR and document visits.
