Job summary

Hamilton Health Box (HHB) is seeking a On-Site Clinical Assistant (OSC) for PRN, weekdays only, 4–5 hour shifts. You will support daily clinical and administrative operations, assist with scheduling, and deliver protocol-driven care under the Provider's orders. Travel between local clinics may be required.

• Current LPN/LVN license is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required prior to onboarding.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients for scheduling and follow-up.
• Deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider.
• Coordinate care with pharmacy services and referral networks.
• Document patient interactions and health education in EMR.
• Travel between local clinics as needed.
• Support health education and preventative screening initiatives.
