Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is seeking a PRN On-Site Clinicial Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations. You will interact with patients for scheduling and follow-up, deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider, and help implement preventive health initiatives.

Travel to local clinics may be required. Must hold LPN/LVN license and BLS certification; bilingual Spanish/English preferred to serve a diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Spanish/English bilingual abilities preferred.
• Basic clinical knowledge to support providers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure employee care and programs.
• Assist with scheduling follow-ups, exams, and health screenings.
• Register patients and document visits in electronic medical records.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with providers and networks.
• Maintain a safe work environment per policies and procedures.
