Job summary

Hamilton Health Box, Inc. seeks an On-Site Clinical Assistant (OSC) to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at our Marfa clinic.

You will interact with patients for scheduling, deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by Providers, and support preventative health initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating care with pharmacy services, referrals, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• BLS certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
• Assist with annual physicals and screenings and document results.
• Schedule follow-up exams and coordinate referrals to other providers.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and health education to employees.
