Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred; bilingual communication is a plus.
• Must have LPN/LVN licensure and BLS certification before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure appropriate employee care programs.
• Develop individualized health programs based on risk assessments.
• Assist with annual physicals, screenings, and reports.
• Schedule follow-ups and return-to-work exams.
• Coordinate referrals and document progress in medical records.
• Lead health education sessions and health fairs; support care navigation.
