Job summary

Hamilton Health Box, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant for our Marfa, TX location.

This role supports daily clinical and administrative operations, schedules and follows up with patients, delivers protocol-driven care, and coordinates with pharmacy and referral networks to deliver high-quality, efficient care. The OSC will work under the Pod Manager, train and develop skills, and travel between clinics if required.

• Knowledge of disease and lifestyle topics (smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, stress reduction, chronic conditions).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure employee care programs.
• Develop individualized programs based on health risk assessments.
• Assist with annual physicals, screenings, tests, and results reporting.
• Schedule follow-up exams, return-to-work exams, and consultations.
• Coordinate client referrals and document progress in medical records.
• Lead group health education sessions and health fairs.
• Collect data on program utilization and document results.
• Provide counseling and interpret screening results with clients.
• Discuss health awareness, education, and care navigation with employees.
• Coordinate care navigation with internal and external partners.
• Maintain a safe work environment per policies and regulations.
• Operate EMR and other software to register patients and document visits.
• Perform other HHB OSC duties as trained; may travel between clinics.
