Hamilton Health Box, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations at our Marfa clinic. You will schedule patients, deliver protocol-driven care, and assist with preventative screenings and health education.

Collaboration with Providers, pharmacy services, and referral networks is essential. Travel to local clinics may be required; strong communication and bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Medical Assistant (License preferred)
• BLS required
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Aufgaben

• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, screenings and follow-up visits.
• Deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider.
• Assist with annual physicals and health screenings and document results.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in EMR systems.
• Coordinate referrals to other providers and communicate with patients.
