Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties under your active license as per assigned duties.
• Know residents and care plans; administer medications as ordered.
• Develop and maintain rapport with staff and other departments to ensure quality care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals.
• Communicate changes to clinical leadership and physicians as needed.
• Provide care for residents with dementia and maintain a safe environment.
