Job summary

Aperion Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a compassionate, compliant environment. You will administer medications, document care, and coordinate with physicians to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols while fostering warm, collaborative care for residents and families. Part-time positions with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current unencumbered state license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate with physicians.
• Administer medications as ordered and document appropriately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and quality care compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist in daily living activities and ADLs as needed.
