Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with regulatory standards. You will administer medications, document care, and ensure patient confidentiality while maintaining a warm, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include planning daily nursing activities, coordinating with physicians, and supporting residents with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current unencumbered state license.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Complete required documentation and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with physicians and ensure safety protocols.
• Assist with activities of daily living and a warm, collaborative environment.
• Perform nursing services such as catheterization, wound care, and IV care.
