Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin.

This full-time position features day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, providing consistent, patient-centered care in a secure correctional setting. You will administer medications, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with providers to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin.
• Full-Time position with Day Shift Rotation and 12-hour shifts.
• Every other weekend included in the rotation.
• Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Assess patients, recognize changes in condition, and document clinical findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to support continuity of care.
• Respond to medical needs with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records.
