SOuthern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin.

The role features a day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts and every-other-weekend duties, focusing on patient care in a secure correctional setting. The ideal candidate will hold a Wisconsin LPN license, provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and document findings with compassion and professionalism in a structured team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments per protocols.

• Ability to work a structured rotating 12-hour shift.
