Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Wood County Jail healthcare team in Wisconsin. The role features a steady, patient-focused environment with 12-hour day shifts and a rotation that includes every other weekend.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, continuous care for detained patients.

Qualifications

• LPN license required or eligible to practice.
• Experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain medical records.
