SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our correctional healthcare team at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time role features a day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the schedule, providing stability and patient-focused care.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, assess patients, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure continuity of care in a secure setting.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
