Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin for a full-time day shift rotation.

Enjoy a stable schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, designed to support patient-centered care in a correctional setting. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Wisconsin license.
• Experience in a clinical or correctional setting preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and maintain records.

Responsibilities
