SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Wood County Jail healthcare team in Wisconsin. The role features a day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts, a stable schedule, and a focus on direct patient care in a correctional setting.

You will administer medications, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
