SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day shift rotation at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. The position features a rotating 12-hour schedule, with every other weekend included, and sign-on & retention bonuses are available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• LPN licence required for the role.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 8–hour handoffs as part of a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Assess patients, recognize changes in condition, and document clinical findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to support continuity of care.
• Respond to medical needs with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records.
• Help foster a safe, respectful, and patient-focused healthcare environment.
