Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Wood County Jail nursing team in Wisconsin.

You will provide direct patient care in a secure correctional setting, administer medications, and document care with accuracy. The role features a full-time day shift rotation with every-other-weekend work, 12-hour shifts, and sign-on/retention bonuses to reward commitment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to document care accurately and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assess patients, recognize condition changes, document findings.
