Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing with the state.
• Current CPR certification and ability to perform basic life support.
• Basic computer literacy; able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility, safety, and nursing policies and procedures.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents and provide daily hygiene care.
• Document changes in resident condition and report to Charge Nurse.
• Transport residents to appointments and assist in transfers and positioning.
• Perform routine lab checks, vital signs, and necessary nursing tasks per care plan.
