Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within the scope and established standards of practice.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain a primary nursing model with RN oversight.
• Document care in EMR; generate reports as needed.
• Coach and mentor patient care associates on unit.
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities with RN oversight.
• Participate in performance improvement projects.
