Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Massachusetts license as an LPN in good standing.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with RN and multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice.
• Document care in EMR and participate in care planning and quality initiatives.
• Support unit activities and share governance responsibilities.
• Coach and mentor patient care staff and supervise nursing assistants.
