Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient status for physiologic and psychosocial changes.

Qualified candidates are currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state, with a current TB or Chest X‑Ray and a valid

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
