Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
