Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time nurse-manager in Chandler, AZ. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Salary starts at $63,000 per year.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, implement resident-centered care, and provide nursing care including assessments, care plans, and meds. Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in senior care or long-term care settings.

• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care including health assessments, care plans, and medication administration.
