Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time nurse leader (LPN or RN) in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating resident-centered care, and providing nursing services and assessments.

The role may require weekend Manager-On-Duty coverage in a supportive, resident-focused environment. Requirements include an active LPN or RN license, 1–2 years of management in senior care, and strong assessment/care-planning skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN required.
• Caregiver certifications beneficial with management experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in directing/providing care for seniors preferred.
• Strong background in patient care assessment and developing care plans.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments and care plans, discussing changes with physicians, and interventions to reduce falls.
• Coordinate resident admission with multidisciplinary team including screening and care planning.
• May fill in on weekends as Manager-On-Duty.
