Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Manager, Assisted Living requiring an LPN or RN license. This full-time role in Resident Care schedules Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, with potential Manager-On-Duty shifts on weekends.

Responsibilities include recruitment, training, supervision, and delivering resident-centered nursing care, health assessments, care planning, and medication administration. Strong preference for 1–2 years of management in senior care and state compliance.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license is required.
• Management experience in senior care is preferred.
• Experience with care planning and resident assessments is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care and coordinating admissions with the team.
• Provide nursing care, including health assessments, care plans, and medication administration.
• Occasionally fill in on weekends as Manager-On-Duty.
