Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, supervise, and staff team members.
• Implement resident-centered care and coordinate admissions.
• Provide nursing care including health assessments, care plans, and physician communications.
• Administer medications and support resident care as needed.
• Occasionally cover weekend shifts as Manager-On-Duty.
