Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a Manager, Assisted Living with LPN or RN license to lead the Resident Care team and oversee nursing services. You will recruit, train, supervise staff, implement resident-centered care plans, and coordinate admissions across a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes direct nursing duties, health assessments, and collaboration with physicians. Weekend coverage as Manager-On-Duty may occur; state requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license required.
• 1-2 years of management experience in senior care preferred.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings preferred.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care including health assessments, care plans, and physician communication; intervene to reduce falls.
• Coordinate resident admissions with the multidisciplinary team; participate in care planning.
• May fill in on weekends as Manager-On-Duty.
