Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to work Sunday–Thursday, 9am–5pm in Peoria, AZ. The role includes supervising staff, implementing resident-centered care, and delivering nursing services such as health assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities also cover coordinating admissions with a multidisciplinary team and communicating changes to physicians. Strong management and senior-care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in directing/providing care for seniors preferred.
• Strong background in patient care assessment and developing approaches to meeting resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care to residents including health assessments, care plans, and discussions with physicians.
• Coordinate the resident admission process with the community’s multidisciplinary team.
