Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 45 days unless exempt.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients, document vitals and health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic technique.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries.
• Administer medications under physician orders including injections and IV therapies as allowed.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and equipment.
