Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a licensed practical nurse to join the Concord Internal Medicine clinic. You will prep patients, assist with procedures, administer medications, and support care coordination under supervision.

The role requires an accredited Practical Nursing program completion and an active LPN license with BLS within 45 days. A patient-centered, compliant team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills including keyboarding, Windows navigation, and email use with exposure to electronic medical records systems.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and rooms the patient for exam; records vital signs and history.
• Performs a range of clinical procedures and specimen collection.
• Assists physicians with procedures and surgeries; administers medications per orders.
• Maintains exam rooms and equipment; supports care coordination and referrals.
