Qualifikationen

• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state privileges in the state(s) where services are provided.

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Uphold and promote a culture of safety.
• Continuously evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes and take action as needed.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols and procedures.
• Demonstrate effective communication, feedback, and conflict resolution to foster team collaboration and delegation.
• Pursue professional development and maintain required certifications.
• Adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics and contribute to unbiased patient care.
• Delegate appropriately to RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area.
