The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and resident care with supervision of CNAs, with shifts across day, evening and night.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Shifts available: Day shift , Evening shift, Night shift

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $40 an hour
