Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric-focused team. Shifts include Day, Evening and Night; compensation includes a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, and coordination with physicians and CNAs; NY LPN license required. Equal opportunity employer. IND123 INDLPN.

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently with supervision.
• Ability to perform functional activities to aid residents.
