The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care and education, and coordination with physicians and families. Immediate hiring, with a generous sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Shifts available: Day shift , Evening shift, Night shift

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $40 an hour
