The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is hiring a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing facility team. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options to support immediate earnings.

Eligible candidates must hold an LPN license in NY and be able to provide compassionate care across day, evening, and night shifts. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and collaboration with physicians, NPs, and CNAs to ensure resident

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required in NY.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Shifts available: Day shift , Evening shift, Night shift

Salary: Up to $40 an hour
