Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications (including IVs where applicable), take vital signs, and educate residents and families.

Collaboration with physicians, NPs, and other health professionals is essential. We offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits.

• Current NY LPN license required.

Responsibilities
