The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a full-time LPN to care for residents in our skilled and long-term care units. This role requires NY LPN licensure and offers a sign-on bonus, with daily pay options and competitive compensation.

You will perform medication administration, vital signs, and patient education, coordinating with physicians, NPs, and CNAs to ensure quality care and positive resident outcomes.

Competenze

• Current NY LPN license is required.
• Geriatric/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with supervision when needed.

Mansioni

• Provide resident care in SNF and long-term units.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Shifts available: Day shift , Evening shift, Night shift

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $40 an hour
