The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The candidate should hold a NY LPN license and be capable of independent evaluation and treatment, with a focus on geriatric care.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Hiring immediately for day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
