Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Waubun, MN is hiring a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to provide adult and pediatric nursing care in the patient’s own home. This role offers one-on-one care, opportunities to develop clinical skills, and meaningful work helping clients maintain independence.

You will implement the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and handle treatments such as tracheostomy care, feeding support, wound care, and seizure management.

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Education and experience aligned with agency services, including home health care.
• BLS CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross preferred.
• Ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate.
