Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Andover, MN is hiring a Private Duty Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes for both adults and children. You will perform the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and the care team, manage tracheostomy/ventilator needs, feeding tubes, wound care and seizure management.

Minnesota RN license, English fluency and BLS CPR are required; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

What will I be doing?

• Implementing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating based on scope of practice.
• Communicate with physician and other members of multidisciplinary patient care team regarding the health status of patient.
• Provide a variety of cares ranging from tracheostomy and ventilators, to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.
