Qualifications

• Must have a valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Education and experience in the agency’s scope of services are required.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification renewed at recommended frequencies.
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating.
• Communicate with physician and other team members about patient health status.
• Provide various cares including tracheostomy, ventilators, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.

What will I be doing?
