Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse in Waubun, MN to implement the nursing process and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. You will provide care for patients at home, including complex tasks such as tracheostomy care and wound management, with a focus on quality, safety, and compassionate service.

Expect 8-12 hour shifts, a starting hourly rate of $37.00, and benefits like health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs, PTO and on-demand pay. EOE, drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Education and experience in home care scope of services offered by the agency.
• BLS CPR certification renewed at recommended frequencies.
• Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Communicate with physician and care team about patient health status.
• Provide care ranging from tracheostomy and ventilators to feeding tubes, wound care and seizure management.

• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
