Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland for direct care in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, monitoring patient health status, and collaborating with physicians and therapists.

Openings include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts; PRN with experience is also available. New higher pay rates and shift differentials apply, with optional daily pay and sign-on style perks.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
• 1yr Experience as an RN in Long Term Care
• Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care and prevention
• Monitoring: Observe health status and track changes
• Clinical Procedure: Catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens
• Care Planning: Execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration: Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status and care expectations
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of health status, care and progress
• Team Oversight: Oversee CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork
