The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time LPN to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. Candidates must hold a NY LPN license and demonstrate the ability to work independently in geriatric care, with duties including medication administration and vital sign monitoring.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options, with shifts available day, evening, and night. This role includes resident and family education and coordination with physicians and CNAs, in a

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
