Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of South Sioux City is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to provide direct nursing care and support a collaborative care team in a safe, supportive environment.

LPNs will administer meds, monitor residents, assist with care plans, and train CNAs, with opportunities for growth, competitive shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs, and responses to care.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound, catheter care, and daily living assistance.
• Collaborate with physicians and RNs for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management.
• Ensure care aligns with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.

• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
