Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure quality care in a safe environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, a pay rate of $29-$33.64 per hour based on experience, daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• LPN license or certification required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to quality care.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents including wound, catheter care, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
